Southwest Greens has recently commemorated our fifteenth year in the EMEA area — an anniversary we are proud of. From a “cowboy” beginning of taking an artificial soccer grass field and calling it a tee box to engineered solutions that look and play authentic — a great deal has changed.
At Southwest Greens, we begin developing with an eye on the final result. We strive to develop artificial putting green turf that has the same look and feel of traditional turf. The experience we stated is in the context of ball behavior — more particularly — bounce, aim, and roll.
Bounce, aim, and roll speaks of the underlying technology behind our artificial putting green turf products. We refer to this project as “Science Behind The Surface,” and we examine our synthetic grass against genuine grass via a playability assessment tool.
